How do I get my hair to you for ventilation?

Once you have paid for the hair and sent us pictures of your items, You can either 

  • Drop Off: Once your service has payment confirmed, you can drop off in our store in Admiralty Way, Lekki (you can also send your own despatch). This service is free.
  • Despatch: Once your service has payment confirmed, you can select despatch and we will pick up from you in the next 24-48 hours . This price is dependant on your location. 

How long does the ventilation service take?

  • Closures & Frontals: 14-17 Working Days 
  • 360, Full HD Lace: 21-28 Working Days 

 

Do I have to purchase the HD Lace separatley?

No the price of the HD lace is included.

What lace options are there?

  • Classic HD Lace 
  • Hollywood HD Lace

How much hair do I need to buy?

Once you input what sizes you’d like in the form, we send you our customer Hair/length chart which shows how much bulk hair you need for each length. We advise double drawn hair.
